The waspie is the shortest and most discreet of my corset styles. It works perfectly as a bold accent to a specific outfit rather than as a corset designed to be worn all day, every day. It is mainly chosen by people with a shorter torso or a slimmer figure, as well as those who want a more defined waist without the full length of an underbust corset.
Its 18–25 cm length focuses the waist reduction precisely at the waistline, creating a clearly defined wasp-waist effect. This style is more often chosen for a specific photoshoot, performance, or evening look than for all-day wear.
Materials available: satin, cotton or coutil, black mesh, matte or patent faux leather (wet-look), and genuine goatskin leather. Fastening options include a busk or zip, with cord or ribbon lacing and optional garter straps.
